It's my gift to you.
You've made it this far, Superstar.
You don't need additional financial stress to slow down your recovery after breast cancer!
My mission is to help as many people as possible recover and live life to its fullest. This is how I can do that.
Please reach out to cnelson@thinkoutsidetheboob.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
YES! If you’re no longer in primary active treatment like chemotherapy or radiation therapy (hormone therapy is okay) and you've recovered from any recent surgery, this will work for you.
Even if you're inbetween treatments and feel like you're in a recovery phase, there are ways to apply this program. Pretty-please don't waste any time trying to figure out this next step alone.
Think Outside (the boob) takes you by the hand and walks you through how to figure out what to focus on first. Then you'll work through the 3-part system to create a personalized breast cancer recovery plan. Then you'll learn how to confidently implement your plan in a way that’s flexible to your specific needs each day.
Think of the Think Outside (the boob) Breast Cancer Recovery Program as the must-take next best move in starting your care plan after treatment ends.

Absolutely. The reason the program specifies ages 35 and up is because it covers issues related to those more specific to the 35+ age group. Most patients 35 and up were in the prime of their career pre-diagnosis, juggling taking care of their parents, their children, or both, and coming to terms with medical menopause over infertility. If you identify with any of these then Think Outside (the boob) is for you, regardless of age.
The good news is that over 400 studies show that nature is healing. It doesn't matter if you're looking out the kitchen window at your garden, or if you're hiking a trail. Science has now caught up with what you've known all along: time in nature has positive effects on your physical and mental well-being.
Time in nature doesn't have to be outside. Connecting to nature can happen in the kitchen, on the couch, and with your pets. It can happen with natural scenery, colors, spices, plant-based foods, scents, and sounds.
Think Outside (the boob) gives you idea guides and a list of ways you can connect to nature indoors, so you can be successful in your recovery.
It really depends on where you are in your life and your recovery right now. Maybe you’re working full or part-time, maybe you have kids at home, maybe you’re caring for elderly parents, or maybe your breast cancer recovery is your full-time job.
Putting in X number of hours isn’t going to guarantee you success. It’s knowing what to do during the time you do have. It’s being able to focus on one small task at a time and get it done so that you are productive.
The first part of Think Outside (the boob) teaches you how to do this and sets you up to be successful throughout the program.
